Job Description

Seeking a wonderful receptionist to complete our team. Responsible for greeting clients warmly and professionally, determining the needs of the clients and patients, and checking clients in and out.

Telephone etiquette and Client Service Excellence is required. Basic veterinary medical knowledge, including products and services is desired. A minimum of 2 years working in the Veterinary Field will help you excell at this position. 1year minimum experience required.

This is a full time position; scheduled days and hours may vary based on hospital need, Schedule includes Saturday mornings.

Must love working with people and animals. Handling difficult situations including emergencies a must. Excellent communications skills needed.

Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office, E-mail, and AVImark experience preferred)
