Our team is looking for the right customer service representative to join our 4-doctor practice full-time in fulfilling our ongoing mission of helping cats live longer, happier, healthier lives from nose to tail and womb to tomb. We believe that our feline companions are unique animals with distinctive needs and that it is both our obligation and our privilege to provide all diagnostic, medical and surgical procedures in a manner that minimizes distress, anxiety, discomfort and suffering. Your primary responsibility is cultivating long-term, positive relationships with each other, our clients, and their companions. Other job duties include:
• Management of multiple telephone lines and email correspondence in a fast-paced environment
• Admitting and discharging clients and patients
• Performing client education
• Documenting client communications and medical record entries
• Managing appointment schedule
• Invoicing clients and handling cash and payments
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment

Previous veterinary practice is not required for the right personality! Compensation is dependent on experience.
