Job Description

Bustling 5 doctor, AAHA-accredited, small animal practice is looking to add a part-time client service representative to our family of fantastic staff. This position is seasonal with potential for permanent employment. Candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, a focused team mentality and an excitement to be a part of a growing, high quality veterinary hospital.

Duties include a variety of clerical tasks including using our computer software, client communication via phone, email and in person, opening and closing duties of a veterinary hospital, light cleaning duties and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Schedule would start at approximately 20 -25 hours/week, including every Wednesday and Friday, and some Saturdays.

Previous client service experience required, veterinary hospital experience preferred.
