IVC Evidensia is quickly growing and is now the largest veterinary group in Northern Europe. IVC Evidensia was established in 2011 and has since gone from strength to strength. IVC Evidensia Ireland was established in 2018 and continues to grow as more practices join our group.
This is a full time permanent role, based from home and travelling nationally (and to the UK on occasion) will be required (COVID restrictions dependent). This is a Monday to Friday role but some flexibility with working hours required.
You will be responsible for supporting and advising all of the veterinary practices in your area and providing a close link between our Clinical Directors and the central team (finance, marketing, purchasing, HR, property and IT). You will also be helping new practices integrate successfully into the larger group.
Applicant Requirements
The role would suit someone who is currently acting as a Practice Manager but also someone who is working within the veterinary industry in a field based role.
The Business Support Manager role will suit a candidate with excellent communication, people management, influencing and coaching skills.
In this role, you will be involved in improving operational performance of our practices. This will be done by helping clinics problem-solve and providing them with commercial acumen, when required.
