AAHA-accredited since 1973, Stafford Veterinary Hospital in Manahawkin, New Jersey seeks a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our 6-doctor team. We are a friendly group of doctors and technicians (many certified) who are knowledgeable, medically progressive, and open to new ideas. We are centrally located near Long Beach island, NYC, Philadelphia and Wharton State Forest, providing entertainment for city-and nature-enthusiasts alike.

Our hospital features a recently remodeled treatment and operating area. We are looking forward to our upcoming renovation as well as exam room additions this fall. We are excited to offer laser surgery, stem cell therapy, laser therapy unit, acupuncture and new ultrasound machine (CE available for those interested in learning), digital radiography, new high speed dental equipment and digital dental x-ray, complete in house bloodwork, orthopedic equipment with the ability to expand, shared doctors’ offices cultivating a collaborative environment for discussing challenging cases, separate cat ward, full in-house pharmacy, and 1:1 technician-to-doctor ratio. We’re offering a desirable full-time schedule with no afterhours emergency calls. We’re seeking an experienced doctor with outstanding communication skills.

Compensation:

We are offering a generous sign on bonus, we also offer a competitive base salary and production bonus, medical/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, 401k, CE allowance, paid vacation time, and journals/licensing/professional dues.
