Academy Coordinator required for a maternity cover on a 0.8FTE basis, based from home.
The Role
The role of Academy Coordinator provides all of our employees with a comprehensive choice of high quality, blended learning and development to support our strategy of being an employer of choice for people at all levels of experience. This role is central to supporting the academy, to maximise the use of digital learning tools.
You will work with stakeholders (both clinical and non-clinical) to support the delivery of the Academy content strategy, designing engaging, interactive and effective eLearning. You will be our internal eLearning authoring tool champion, providing training and support to internal SME authors, including guidance on content design, graphics and media sourcing and general eLearning expertise, promoting best practice, continuously driving innovation.
You will build relationships across the industry with CPD providers and suppliers to enhance training opportunities and to develop further a blended delivery model. You will also work on other projects alongside this, working closely with project groups and committees.
