Description

Walpole and Bingham Veterinary Surgeons was founded in 1949 by Captain Robert Walpole, still fondly remembered by some of our more mature clients. Nigel Walpole qualified from The Royal Veterinary College London in 1973 and joined his father in the practice in 1976, soon becoming a partner. Tom Bingham qualified from the University of Glasgow Veterinary College in 1976 and joined the practice in 1977. Robert Walpole retired in 1979 and the current partnership of Walpole & Bingham was formed in 1984.

The premises, until 1962 doubling as the Walpole family home, has been improved and extended over the years to provide a modern veterinary clinical environment. We have been accredited by the governing body for veterinary surgeons, The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS), with an award under the Practices Standards Scheme. The wisdom and experience of the senior partners is backed up by the new ideas and enthusiasm of our younger vets.

Located on Jeffcock Road in Wolverhampton, we aim to provide ‘care at its best’ for your pet. At Walpole & Bingham, we take care of our patients and look after our clients. Our team of friendly and enthusiastic veterinary professionals aim to support both you and your animals.

We understand our clients and the concerns they have for their animals, which allows us to provide a wide range of services – from excellent emergency treatment to advice on providing improved wellbeing and preventative care. Our veterinary surgery is open 6 days a week.
