Our veterinary practice has plenty of history behind it, but one of the most important parts is the fact that we were one of the first hospitals in the country to be given accreditation by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. This means a lot to us, because it helps to assure our customers that we deliver the best in professional care.
Our senior vets Andy Wyles and David McCormick have worked in the local community for 25 years between them. During this time, they have helped local pet owners care for their animals, and have treated the pets sensitively and with real commitment. Our vets have roots in the community, and are well-known.
We are also a training centre for veterinary nurses. This is part of our investment in the future of veterinary practice. We are committed to helping create the next generation of professional and successful nurses, and our standards are high.
We keep a focus on professionalism and education and have also become a partner practice for the new University of Surrey Veterinary School. This is just further evidence of a commitment to improving the profession.
Because we’re located close to Heathrow airport we help them with the management of animals, and to ensure the welfare of animals that travel all over the world.
The hospital is a designated International Cat Care Gold Standard Cat Friendly Clinic. We are particularly proud of this achievement, and we know that our customers appreciate our commitment to feline care.
Since we opened in the early 1970s, we have continuously focused on improvement. The interior of the building and the equipment we use has always been cutting edge, providing a clean, professional environment that brings the very latest in advanced pet care to our clients. We use our profits to invest in the premises and equipment, bringing a constantly improving service to ur clients.
